Communication at check-in was confusing!!! Language barriers made it hard to understand staff. Separating housekeeping and quo card options left me puzzled. Some softer pillows would have improved my comfort!!!

the check-in time was incredibly strict, feels like they don’t care about your travel needs. and the breakfast consisted of frozen rolls, really? it’s like they saved on everything, i expected at least a small welcome gift to make up for it, but no, just utter disappointment. i almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

the washer in the room was super helpful after a long day. the street noise was a bit annoying.

The apartment was huge with an amazing kitchenette, perfect for cooking, and the laundry setup was a lifesaver. I slept like a baby in the soft beds! My only wish was the balcony had a better view.

staying at takuto hotel osaka shinsaibashi was a treat! the location is perfect, just steps from the shinsaibashi shopping street. our apartment was spacious, with a lovely kitchenette, and the beds were wonderfully soft, giving us the best sleep. they even posted my daughter's lost toy back to australia, which was very thoughtful!
